Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport (simplified Chinese: 大连周水子国际机场; traditional Chinese: 大連周水子國際機場) (IATA: DLC, ICAO: ZYTL) is the airport serving the city of Dalian in Liaoning Province, China. It is located in Ganjingzi District, about 10 km (6 mi) northwest of the city center. In 2010 the airport handled 10,703,640 passengers, making it the busiest airport in Northeast China and the 16th busiest nationwide.

The airport has one 3,300 meter runway (class 4E), and a 65,000 square-meter terminal building.[1] In September 2011, a new 71,000 square-meter terminal building was completed as part of the 2.2 billion yuan third-phase expansion project of the airport.[2]
Dalian Airport is a base for China Southern Airlines, most of China Southern Airlines' Japanese destinations are origined from Dalian. China's flag carrier, Air China, also makes a stop-over at Dalian on its flights from Beijing to Japan. Dalian Airport has the largest number of destinations among Chinese airports to Russia, and second largest to Japan(after Shanghai). Due to the tight connection and high demand between Dalian and Japan, Japan Airlines still operates daily direct flight from Narita Airport in Tokyo to Dalian even though it's suffering from financial difficulties and is terminating services to many major cities in China and other countries. Two major Korean Airlines, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines operates daily flight to Dalian from Incheon Airport in Seoul. Several Russian carriers also operates scheduled and chartered flights between far-eastern Russian cities and Dalian. International flights majorly operated by China Southern Airlines, Air China, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Asiana Airlines, Korean Air, Transasia Airways, Uni Air, and SAT Airlines.

ANA Cargo operates daily cargo flight to Dalian from Narita Airport in Tokyo and Kansai Airport in Osaka, Japan Airlines Cargo also operated these flights before it ceased operation. On April 15, 2011, Air China Cargo, the Cargo division of Air China, started cargo operation between Dalian and Frankfurt Airport, Germany, with a stopover in Shanghai.
